Ingredients: 1 tbsp Wilton Meringue Powder; 3 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar; 2 tsp Wilton's Imitation (Clear) Vanilla; 7 tbsp Water; 1/8 tsp Salt; 1/8 tsp Gel Food Coloring

Place the 2 tbsp of water and meringue powder in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.

On the lowest setting, mix until slightly frothy.

Add the powdered sugar, imitation vanilla, salt, and another 3 tbsp of water.

Mix on low for about a minute until ingredients are incorporated.

Beat on high for about 5 minutes. If too thick to beat, add more water. Thickness depends on the type of consistency you are looking for.
